There are a few things that have really helped me lately. I will now share my wisdom with you!
- Get outside! I have been just getting outside and getting away from all electronic devices such as computers and cell phones and even home phones! The only thing I take with me is my camera. I go to the pool with Hannah and Sean and record us teaching her to swim, and take self pics of the three of us for the scrapbook. I go outside and sit in the grass under a tree while a beautiful breeze is blowing and just watch Hannah run around and kick the soccer ball.
- Taking photos! Just photos of everyday life. Whatever we are doing, taking pics and video. Hannah will not be small forever and I want to remember all these moments. I want to share them with everyone and so there are a few new YouTube video's of her up now.
- Blogging! I have discovered that for me, blogging is like free therapy! I have always wanted to write, but never thought I could or would be good at it, but you know what? I don't care if I am not good at it, or if what I write makes absolutely no sense to anyone, for me, its good to let it out! I feel so much better after blogging that its just a release for me to let my feelings and emotions out and be healthy.
The blogging has really helped me too especially with all the stresses of the move and all the things we dealt with when we got here. It helped me a lot and I enjoy writing too so it's a win win! Good luck taking time for yourself anc recharging your batteries! :)
