Menu Plan Monday!!

So now that I am back up and running and I missed a couple of weeks of MPM, I am back on track! Here is my current menu plan for this week!


Monday
home made tomato and basil soup with grilled cheese

Tuesday
shredded beef quesadillas and beans

Wednesday
shepherds pie

Thursday
leftovers

Friday
chicken pot pie

Saturday
tuna sandwiches

Sunday
pot roast with vegies and biscuits

  1. Great menu plan Chrissy! I lived in Peoria AZ for 2 years back in the mid 1980's and went to high school there. I am now on the East Coast.
