Well I accomplished my goal of using only what was in my stockpile last week! No side grocery trips for me for the first time in a long while! Its the small things people, take joy in the little successes as well as the big ones!
So for this week's menu, I did my grocery list based on what I already have in my stockpile and just got what I would need to supplement for meals and got what I need to replenish my stockpile too.

Monday - Chicken with rice in cream of mushroom soup with mixed vegies
Tuesday - Shredded beef quesadillas with beans
Wednesday - Tater tot casserole
Thursday - Vegetable beef soup (homemade)
Friday - Pasta Bake
Saturday - Egg salad sandwiches with tomato soup
