Just Breathe

Things here are way crazy and I don't have a lot of time to blog or do anything really that I want to be doing, so this post is just more to say I am still here and trying to survive the chaos. I hope to have things settled into a routine soon and will hopefully have more time to blog and do my stuff for me soon, so check back in with me in a couple weeks!

This Flower Makes Me Happy

I just had to share, this flower makes me happy! Its a Gerber Daisy and its my absolute favorite flower. It just makes me happy to see it. I went and bought this plant yesterday and planted it in the planter in the backyard with a few other types of flowers. We got Geranium's, Snapdragons and some Primrose. I have learned I really enjoy gardening....who knew!


We also picked out the seeds for the vegies we want for the vegie garden. We already have the tomato plant (that is really doing so well!) and now we have broccoli, carrots, peas, green beans and spinach!


Sean and Hannah laid the winter seed grass today too, so hopefully in a couple of weeks we will have some nice winter grass for Hannah to play in the backyard.

Mama's Got A Brand New 'Do

I have this friend who is a hair stylist, Brandee (she works at Toni and Guy) and every now and then she will use me as a hair model. This works out well for both of us, she gets someone to work on for her training and I get a great cut and style for free! So yesterday was one of the days she needed me. I went to the Chandler academy location and got my hair did. It was fantastic and I love my new 'do! Its taking some getting used to since I haven't had bangs in years, but I am playing with it and figuring out how to style it so that I like it. I am not so sure about it when I just let my hair dry naturally (curly), but when I straighten it I love it!
