Laundry Room Makeover

My laundry room is in serious need of a redo. It's functional but so boring that I never want to set foot in there. My budget is exactly ZERO at this point, so I will have to re-purpose items. I do have left over paint in a sage green color or a soft yellow that I can paint the walls. So, any suggestions?
