Ok I have been in a funk way too long and it's time to get back to the business of blogging! I figure I will ease my way back into it and what better way to start than with this week's EM:ME from Amber!
Amber wants to know: What are your successes this week?
Instead of focusing on the things I did not do right this week, I want to focus on the positive. So here's to accentuating the positive:
Some things I have done right so far this week, are that I am cooking more meals at home, eating out less. We have gotten WAY off track with the eating out lately and I have been feeling totally crappy for it. So we have been making an effort to get back into cooking the majority of our meals at home and only treating ourselves every now and again with a meal out.
Another thing I have gotten back into is the drinking mostly water. I was doing so good with getting at least 6 glasses of water in a day and then we went to the beach and came home and it was all out the window. I wasn't buying soda to keep in the house, but I wasn't drinking anything when I was home! I would only drink soda when we were out running errands or whatever. So I am getting back on the bandwagon with the water drinking and today I am doing awesome. Have already had 4 glasses. Yay me! ( I always remind myself of London Tipton when I say the 'yay me', but anyway..)
Hopefully next week I will have more successes to report, but for right now this is all I got...have a great week everyone!
