Progress
So, we are in week 2 of the Biggest Loser PM Style and everyone is doing really well. I am down 6.6 lbs from my starting weight! Week 2 has been more of a struggle for me to actually get up and get moving. But I am forcing myself to get up and move at least 2ce a day. Usually in the morning or early afternoon I grab Hannah and either go for a walk or a bike ride. It gets us both out of the house and being active which is good for both of us. Then in the evening after she goes to bed, its time to pull out the Wii Fit Plus and Biggest Loser games. I can feel my legs and abs getting toned from all the yoga I have been doing. Plus I am beginning to hike. We have all these great mountain trails in Phoenix and the weather is perfect right now. So I am pushing myself to do things I haven't done in like 20 years...man, that makes me feel old! lol
My challenge for myself this week is to lose at least 3 lbs. I am doing great so far so I don't think it will be a problem. I have decided when I reach the midway point of the contest (another 4 weeks away) I will reward myself with a new tattoo!
What do you do to stay motivated? Do you reward yourself for progress towards a bigger goal?
