Weekly Weigh-In

Here we go! I am one full week into Weight Watchers and I feel fantastic. I mean, seriously fantastic. I have been on point with my eating all week, I have gone for walks with Hannah and the dog to ease back into things. Thankfully Hannah goes back to school on Monday and I can start exercising for real again. I always am so much better at exercising when no one else is home, I don't even know why. lol.

So I said that I would post weekly pictures and lbs lost and inches lost and here they are:



Obviously there is not a difference at all in these pictures yet, but I am excited to continue taking these pics and eventually I know I will starting seeing a difference.

Now, onto the lbs and inches lost!

I am down 2 lbs this week! Woohoo! And I have lost a total of 3.5 inches overall. I am very pleased with my results for my first week back on WW, slow and steady pace is always good. =)
