Pinterest Project - Funfetti Cookies!

I know I can't be the only one who spends massive amounts of time on Pinterest pinning everything from recipes and home decor ideas to makeup and style ideas. Well, how often do we actually make anything that we pin? If you are like me, not that often! lol

The other day I decided to make these funfetti cookies I had pinned. Let me tell you, easy peasy!!

I checked my pantry to make sure I had all the necessary items:

1 box white or vanilla cake mix
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup color sprinkles

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix and baking powder. In a small bowl, mix together the eggs, oil and vanilla. Add the egg mixture to the cake mixture and stir to combine. Stir in the sprinkles. Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes on cookie sheet before transferring to cooling rack. They will be very soft at first.

My daughter loved helping me make these and had a ton of fun choosing which sprinkles she wanted to add.

We will definitely be making these cookies again! Try them for yourself and let me know how you like them!
