The Nutcracker Ballet

I just found out that Moscow Ballet's Great Russian Nutcracker is coming to Phoenix next month and I am hoping to take my daughter. I have been to the ballet once to see the Nutcracker when I was 18 years old. A group of my closest friends all got evening gowns, took all day getting ready and went downtown to see the ballet and it's one of my most favorite memories.

Moscow Ballet made its debut of the Great Russian Nutcracker in 1993 with an all-star Russian cast directed and choreographed by Stanislav Vlasov, formerly of the Bolshoi Ballet. Moscow Ballet also performs classic story ballets including Swan Lake, Romeo and Juliet, Sleeping Beauty and Cinderella.
